What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of video and digital media projects from kickoff to final delivery.
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules and allocate resources to meet aggressive deadlines.
• Coordinate between creative teams (producers, editors, designers, animators) and global stakeholders.
• Review deliverables for brand consistency, technical accuracy, and compliance with corporate governance.
• Partner with Legal & Compliance departments to ensure content adheres to industry regulations.
• Monitor production cycles and use metrics to identify project areas requiring attention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, film production, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience managing complex projects in marketing, communications, design, or advertising.
• Proven experience leading multiple simultaneous assignments in a creative environment.
• Excellent relationship, persuasion, and professional client service skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
• Valid US work authorization is required (no sponsorship provided).
