What you will do

• Lead and drive automated testing strategies across assigned projects and teams.
• Mentor and coach Quality Engineering team members through technical guidance and code reviews.
• Build, review, and maintain automated UI and API test suites using modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define end-to-end testing strategies and project expectations.
• Develop and refine quality engineering processes, standards, and best practices.
• Leverage and evaluate AI-assisted tools to improve test generation, efficiency, and defect triage.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading Quality Engineering or test automation teams.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Strong proficiency in UI and API automation testing strategies and implementation.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database validation techniques.
• 3–5 years of experience with an automation platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
