What you will do

• Lead and execute PPCO AVD PCMA and vendor tooling responsibilities for future vehicle programs.
• Provide accurate material cost and vendor tooling perspectives to support sourcing and profitability.
• Oversee vendor tooling estimating, data governance, and process standardization to improve quality and speed.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Finance to provide actionable cost guidance.
• Manage and coach a team, setting priorities and driving consistent execution of objectives.
• Drive process improvement and automation to reduce cycle time and improve data quality.

Requirements

• Strong experience in program cost management, product finance, or automotive cost estimating.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in people leadership, coaching talent, and building team operating models.
• Must be based in the USA; no immigration sponsorship provided.
• Analytical skills to translate complex data into practical business recommendations.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.

Nice to have

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with GM-specific tools such as PIM and CPURAM.
• Success in partnering with Purchasing and Engineering in high-visibility environments.
