What you will do

  • Lead corporate forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis, ensuring the accurate consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual results.
  • Coordinate the development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Strategic Plan (LRP).
  • Manage and maintain financial systems including HFM, ISVA, CIA, and MAT for data validation and reporting.
  • Partner with C-suite executives (CEO, CFO) to provide actionable insights and support functional financial performance.
  • Drive process improvements and automation using lean principles to enhance team productivity and reporting accuracy.
  • Prepare ad hoc financial models and presentations for senior leadership and board-level discussions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Finance, with at least 5 years in a senior FP&A or corporate finance role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience with plant operations and general ledger accounting.
  • Expertise in Power BI (with Copilot), Hyperion, SAP, and Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML and automation tools.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from Maumee, OH, US
