What you will do

• Manage monthly financial close, reporting, and special analyses for the manufacturing plant.
• Ensure robust internal control structures and SOX compliance.
• Oversee production cost information, plant investments, and budget justifications.
• Lead the local Standard Cost setting process and material cost tracking.
• Develop finance talent and provide succession planning for key roles.
• Communicate financial and operating results to the Plant Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a business-related field (Accounting, Finance, Economics).
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Thorough understanding of US GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Experience in a large corporate or manufacturing organization.
• Ability to work onsite in Social Circle, GA.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA, CMA).
• Prior people leadership experience.
• Proficiency in SAP, Hyperion, and MS Office.
