What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical resource for frontline operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate the Plant Safety Committee and spearhead engagement across all shifts.
• Scale Emergency Response, Chemical Response, and Industrial Hygiene programs.
• Analyze safety metrics to guide resource allocation and site strategy.
• Oversee occupational medical exams, including respiratory fit testing and hearing conservation.
• Mentor junior safety staff and provide guidance on safety procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental, Ergonomics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive safety experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with data tools like Google Suite and pivot tables.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Must be able to work onsite in Le Sueur, MN.
