Salary: $46,500 - $70,000 per year

What you will do

• Conduct desktop and field QHSE audits, assessments, and manual program reviews.
• Perform gap assessments on contractor HSE management systems and protocols across various industries.
• Apply risk and hazard assessment methodologies for sectors including Oil & Gas, Construction, and Mining.
• Coach contractors and suppliers in developing policies based on regulatory requirements.
• Manage customer accounts, resolve concerns, and perform hazard verifications.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure audit gaps are closed efficiently.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
• Essential safety audit experience in LATAM countries.
• Knowledge of OSHA and LATAM regulations (e.g., STPS Norma Official Mexicana, SRT and ART for Argentina).
• Must have reliable transportation for expected travel between 25-30%.
• Strong professional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret financial and statistical data.
