What you will do

• Provide facility-level implementation support for PSM and RMP programs.
• Lead PSM/RMP compliance audits and regulatory inspections.
• Coach and train operators on refrigeration system operations and safety protocols.
• Facilitate incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action development.
• Track and ensure timely closure of corrective actions from audits and hazard analyses.
• Collaborate with facility teams to integrate PSM/RMP management into the EHSS system.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in American Falls, ID
• 2-4 years of experience in a process refrigeration environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA PSM and EPA RMP requirements.
• Experience with operational and mechanical equipment for cooling and freezing systems.
• Proven ability to develop and implement training programs.
• Understanding of food processing sanitation and quality control standards.
