Salary: $95,020 – $142,520

What you will do

  • Lead and provide direction to maintenance planners, supervisors, and inventory teams.
  • Support reliability systems including preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance.
  • Drive root cause analysis programs to permanently eliminate equipment failures.
  • Manage maintenance repair and operations (MRO) spares strategy and purchasing processes.
  • Develop and maintain plant maintenance budgets and capital program execution.
  • Collaborate with production leaders to maximize site-wide reliability improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical) required.
  • 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Proficiency in computer software including CAD, MS Office, and MS Project.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Strong understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling, and reliability culture.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Maximo or SAP software.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
