What you will do

• Lead and implement facility-wide safety programs to achieve a goal of zero injuries.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for managers and employees.
• Conduct plant inspections and audits to detect hazards and determine corrective measures.
• Manage accident investigations and prepare detailed regulatory reports.
• Facilitate the Central Safety Committee and administer Workers Compensation functions.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA, TOSHA, and local safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene or Safety Management preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of industrial safety experience.
• CSP certification preferred.
• Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and the ability to interpret State and Federal laws.
• Proven experience in performing risk assessments, audits, and leading teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
