What you will do

• Perform aseptic cell culture with mammalian cells and generate stable cell lines.
• Develop and optimize cell-based functional, biochemical, and enzymatic assays in 96-/384-well formats.
• Execute gene expression studies using qPCR, western blot, and FACS.
• Analyze pharmacological data including concentration/response curves, binding affinity, and potency.
• Operate and maintain plate readers, liquid handling robots, and assay automation systems.
• Maintain accurate records and perform independent data analysis for project goals.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Biology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• 8–10 years of laboratory experience.
• Expertise in aseptic cell culture and transient transfections.
• Proficiency in assay design and optimization for drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple project timelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with native cell lines, iPSCs, and 3D cultures.
• Background in cardiometabolic diseases.
• Industry experience in therapeutic target classes (GPCRs, enzymes, transporters).
• Experience with ELISA assays.
