What you will do

• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage supplier performance across cost, quality, and delivery metrics.
• Identify supply risks early and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Lead supplier negotiations and drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required to manage supplier relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing supply chains and suppliers across Asia.
• Degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong financial analysis, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle shifting priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology is a mandatory requirement.
