Salary: $80,000 - $88,000 per year

What you will do
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies across AI, technology, and developer-focused accounts.
- Identify and engage prospective customers via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- Qualify opportunities by analyzing customer initiatives, business challenges, and technical use cases.
- Collaborate with Account Executives on territory strategy and pipeline development.
- Manage CRM hygiene and activity tracking within Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
- Partner with Marketing and Revenue teams to support lead generation campaigns.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York City, NY (Hybrid).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
- Self-starter mentality with a high level of ownership and organizational skills.
- Interest in AI, machine learning, and emerging technology markets.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or recruiting.
- Exposure to SaaS, enterprise technology, or AI-related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting performance goals and activity metrics.
