Location: Hybrid (New York City, NY)

Salary: $80,000 - $88,000 per year

What you will do

  • Execute outbound prospecting strategies across AI, technology, and developer-focused accounts.
  • Identify and engage prospective customers via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events.
  • Qualify opportunities by analyzing customer initiatives, business challenges, and technical use cases.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on territory strategy and pipeline development.
  • Manage CRM hygiene and activity tracking within Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
  • Partner with Marketing and Revenue teams to support lead generation campaigns.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York City, NY (Hybrid).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Self-starter mentality with a high level of ownership and organizational skills.
  • Interest in AI, machine learning, and emerging technology markets.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or recruiting.
  • Exposure to SaaS, enterprise technology, or AI-related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting performance goals and activity metrics.
