What you will do

• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc travel program reporting dashboards.
• Analyze travel spend, booking behavior, and out-of-policy trends to provide actionable insights.
• Administer and configure travel booking and expense platforms, maintaining policy logic and data integrity.
• Partner with HRIS, Finance, and IT on system integrations and troubleshooting.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for travelers and stakeholders regarding travel systems and policy inquiries.
• Identify automation opportunities and document SOPs to improve travel ecosystem workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in travel operations, travel systems, or travel analytics.
• Strong understanding of corporate travel technology platforms.
• Advanced Excel and analytical reporting skills.
• Must be based in the Los Angeles office.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Familiarity with HRIS, Finance, and system integrations.
• Experience in high-touch corporate travel or the entertainment industry.
