What you will do

• Lead technical development for new product development (NPDI) projects.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables and create detailed documentation for part selection and design intent.
• Create and review product specifications, ECNs, tests, procedures, and user manuals.
• Develop team experience and expertise in thermal and refrigeration design tools.
• Design and perform comprehensive testing plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Electrical, Mechanical, and Control engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Thermal or Mechanical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in Direct expansion, Chilled Water, and Hydronic refrigeration system development/design.
• Proficiency in mechanical and thermal design concepts and mechanical CAD tools.
• Experience with thermal design software such as Refprop, Colidesinger, or equivalent.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to operate in cross-functional Global Development Teams.
