What you will do

• Execute distribution of priority packages and ensure schematics meet brand standards for product flow and package mix.
• Develop annual promotional schedules and implement the Optimum Price program using available tools.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers through business reviews and consistent communication.
• Manage annual customer marketing agreements and associated funds on both monthly and annual bases.
• Collaborate with Category Analysts to evaluate ROI of pay-for-space agreements and conduct post-promotion analysis.
• Maintain open communication and coordinate account programs with distributor partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in beverage, CPG, or FMCG industries, or DSD operations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using internal and external data sources such as IRI or Nielsen.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
• Ability to travel 40-50% of the time.
