• Manage strategic and operational projects across multiple systems and teams within the payments domain.
• Translate business requirements into efficient, technically sound solutions.

• Analyze and resolve technical issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Completed degree in business informatics or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in agile IT project management and business analysis.
• Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in JIRA and MS Office or Google Workspace.

Nice to have

• Experience in designing process flows.
• Knowledge of the payments, fintech, or e-commerce sectors.
