TL;DR

Solutions Strategy Lead (AI/Cloud): Driving platform adoption across App Modernization, Developer, and AI domains for strategic accounts with an accent on technical roadmapping and executive relationship management. Focus on transforming legacy architectures to edge platforms, coordinating cross-functional resources, and aligning customer requirements with product roadmaps.

Location: Hybrid in Cincinnati, OH

What you will do

  • Develop account-specific adoption plans for App Modernization, Developer, and AI platforms, mapping workloads to capabilities.
  • Coordinate SE, CS, and Product resources to meet adoption milestones and manage account operating rhythms.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with technical executives, including CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
  • Identify and qualify platform expansion opportunities and build the business case for growth.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer by bringing strategic requirements into product roadmap discussions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Solution Engineering Leadership, Product Management, or Technical Strategy in global SaaS/infrastructure.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence C-level executives.
  • Strong knowledge of Security Architecture, Design, and Operations.
  • Experience with cloud computing implementations including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • 7+ years of deployment experience in a similar or technical leadership role.
  • Proven track record of using AI to help drive revenue.
  • Deep understanding of the current enterprise threat landscape.
