What you will do

• Own cross-pod product strategy and vision alignment to influence company direction.
• Lead, coach, and scale Directors, Sr GPMs, and key individual contributors.
• Set high-level product OKRs and evaluate delivery across portfolios.
• Define and evolve the product operating model in collaboration with the CPTO.
• Represent product initiatives at executive and board-level forums.
• Foster innovation, experimentation, and strategic AI enablement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 12+ years of experience in the Payroll or HCM industry.
• 8+ years of leadership experience managing other product leaders.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Management, or equivalent industry experience.
• Deep fluency in agile, product ops, and enterprise product development.
• Strong financial and business case modeling skills.

Nice to have

• Technical proficiency in Azure, Microsoft Architecture, C#, SQL, and .NET.
• Experience with .NET/ASP.NET Core Web API, JavaScript, and SOLID Principles.
• Knowledge of Knockout, Azure Cosmos DB/NoSQL, Pub/Sub, Docker, and MVVM.
