• Partner with Account Executives on high-impact Screen opportunities.
• Own implementation and ongoing adoption for enterprise customers.
• Design and operationalize successful AI screening workflows.
• Drive pilot outcomes and conversion rates for new customers.
• Identify workflow gaps and adoption risks early in the customer lifecycle.
• Shape product direction by synthesizing direct customer and market feedback.

• Must be based in the US
• High agency and comfort operating across customers, product, and operations.
• Strong operational judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Commercial instinct and consultative customer presence.
• AI-native working style with demonstrated ability to build operational leverage.
