What you will do

• Define, develop, and launch conversational AI agents to power large volumes of live customer interactions.
• Act as a strategic partner to customers, supporting the evolution and adoption of AI initiatives.
• Convert complex business requirements into well-designed, high-performing AI agents.
• Lead delivery across multiple concurrent complex agentic projects with high visibility.
• Bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Analyze performance data to iterate and sharpen agent behavior and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Solid grasp of software development fundamentals, product management, and engineering workflows.
• Experience with conversational design principles and customer experience strategy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects and rally cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills to distill complex technical details for non-technical audiences.
