What you will do
- Identify and pursue new logo and win-back opportunities to grow revenue.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients through a consultative sales process.
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline in Salesforce to meet annual quotas.
- Qualify leads from various sources and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and delivery to support client success.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and territory planning data.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in high-value B2B solution sales.
- Proven track record of consistent sales achievement and new customer acquisition.
- Strong phone presence with excellent active listening, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a high-velocity, metrics-driven sales organization.
- Must be able to work in the Jacksonville, Florida office as required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
