TL;DR

Account Manager Team Lead (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of strategic clients and leading a team of LATAM Account Managers to drive revenue growth with an accent on client relationship management and people leadership. Focus on driving Net Gross Payment Revenue growth, mentoring team members, and optimizing account performance metrics.

Location: Remote (LATAM). Must have the full legal right to work in a LATAM country (citizenship or residency)

Salary: $37,000 – $46,000 USD + Commission

What you will do

  • Manage a strategic portfolio of larger clients to drive year-over-year Net Gross Payment Revenue growth of 120%+.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4+ Account Managers through regular 1:1s and career growth support.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for both internal teams and external clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to lead product trainings and AM team meetings.
  • Generate and analyze performance reports and KPIs to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in an Account Management lead or managerial role with a track record of hitting 100% of targets.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Fluency in Portuguese (written and verbal).
  • Deep knowledge of the travel industry, its competitive landscape, and key trends.
  • Full legal right to work in a LATAM country (citizenship or residency).
  • Proven ability to manage large account portfolios and strong project management skills.

  • Fluency in additional languages.
