What you will do

  • Own a targeted list of strategic accounts and execute comprehensive inbound and outbound strategies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation, contract signing, and closure.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Cultivate a robust sales pipeline through expert individual outreach and management of inbound prospects.
  • Build and nurture relationships with business owners and L&D managers within the small business segment.
  • Maintain impeccable data quality in the CRM to ensure accurate forecasting and business visibility.

Requirements

  • Native Portuguese and fluent English for clear business communication.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 1+ year of proven success in lead generation.
  • Demonstrable track record of developing greenfield territories and landing net-new logos in SMB companies.
  • Ability to build and leverage relationships with senior line-of-business and C-level executives.
  • Must be based in Rio de Janeiro for hybrid work.

Nice to have

  • Experience engaging with HR and Learning Development teams.
  • Prior sales experience in e-learning, HR software, or the well-being industry.
  • Experience working at a fast-growing startup.
  • Professional working proficiency in Spanish.
  • Previous experience working in remote and distributed teams.
