What you will do

• Lead applied research in Bayesian systems, distributional RL, and multi-modal architectures to enhance ranking and personalization.
• Architect large-scale Bayesian Framework-based AI systems, including multi-pass sharded agent systems for efficiency.
• Integrate Mixture of Models, multitask learning, and external knowledge systems into model designs.
• Develop methods to interoperate LLMs, LRMs, and LMMs within Bayesian frameworks using multi-agentic frameworks.
• Build Bayesian or Markovian Graph chains for uncertainty estimation and probabilistic reasoning.
• Productionize scalable AI/ML pipelines for both batch and real-time use cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 15+ years of technical experience in Applied Machine Learning, including deploying production systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, Java, or C++ and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Proven expertise in Bayesian Neural Networks, Bayesian Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.
• Strong mathematical background in probability, statistics, and optimization.
• Experience with distributed architectures using Spark and Kafka.

Nice to have

• Ph.D. in a relevant technical field.
• Track record of publishing research or developing novel AI/ML techniques.
• Experience with multi-objective optimization and knowledge-driven systems.
• Expertise in architecting enterprise-level large-scale AI/ML systems.
