What you will do

• Conduct hands-on data analysis and build large-scale machine learning models and pipelines.
• Develop, experiment with, and deploy ML models into production in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Design and run A/B experiments to validate hypotheses and measure business impact.
• Research and implement advanced ML approaches, including generative AI and large language models.
• Drive end-to-end optimization projects tackling ambiguous problems at scale with petabytes of data.
• Provide technical leadership and define the long-term science vision for the advertising business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building machine learning models for business applications.
• PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience.
• Proficiency in programming with Java, C++, Python, or related languages.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.

Nice to have

• Experience with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, or scipy.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems such as Hadoop and Spark.
