What you will do

• Execute live operations strategy and manage the content calendar for a new RPG title.
• Collaborate with economy designers to tune rewards, incentives, and event motivations.
• Monitor and optimize key business metrics including DAU, retention, and session length.
• Partner with analytics teams to perform performance reviews, A/B tests, and cohort trend analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with design, product, art, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality content delivery.
• Perform competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends and market benchmarks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada
• Proven track record of delivering results in player engagement on market-leading products, preferably RPGs.
• Strong understanding of retention systems, reward psychology, and event-driven engagement loops.
• Experience with A/B testing initiatives to maximize feature KPIs.
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination with diverse partner teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with analytics and live ops tooling.
