What you will do

• Establish and communicate a clear product vision to the local team and Executive Producer.
• Own the Product Backlog, creating detailed user stories and defining priorities with support from leads.
• Coordinate and organize workflows between designers, artists, animators, coders, and sound designers.
• Monitor development progress and collaborate with directors to generate solutions for emerging problems.
• Liaise with clients and top management to align expectations and resolve misunderstandings.
• Define game milestones and goals based on market analysis, competitor research, and project constraints.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Producer managing large internal teams within the video game industry.
• Deep understanding of game software development pipelines and the current gaming market.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive various functions through the entire development process.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills to deliver quality projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese and Korean is highly preferred.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Shanghai, China.
