What you will do

• Lead and coordinate a team of technical producers and production managers, providing mentorship and career development.
• Structure game technology investments and establish strategy and scope in partnership with franchise and studio leadership.
• Build shared technology roadmaps that align with title goals, engineering leadership, and production requirements.
• Establish structured collaboration and communication frameworks between development studios and key stakeholders.
• Translate strategic direction into tactical execution plans with clear, measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical production experience in game development.
• 3+ years of management experience leading production teams.
• Deep expertise in production operations and delivery methodologies across multiple studios.
• Proven ability to manage technical and business stakeholders and mobilize teams without direct authority.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Vancouver, BC office.

Nice to have

• Experience working on AAA or first-person shooter (FPS) games.
• A technical degree or equivalent professional experience.
