What you will do

• Manage and ensure the safety of a production team of 15-50 members per shift.
• Oversee production processes to ensure schedules and quality goals are met.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and customer service.
• Monitor productivity and cost standards while providing necessary team training.
• Enforce plant rules, regulations, and food safety standards.
• Evaluate team member performance and provide guidance for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelors/Associates degree or minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Physical presence at the plant in Quincy, WA is required.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in food-processing manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of plant equipment and safety.
• Ability to work various shifts (weekdays, weekends, day, swing, grave).
