Salary: $117,800 - $200,300 per year

What you will do

• Develop systems-level knowledge of vacuum E-Beam systems, including wafer stages, vibration isolation, and motion control.
• Support the operation, installation, upgrade, and repair of systems for internal and external customers.
• Provide high-level technical assistance and written plans of action for unresolved issues at customer sites globally.
• Create technical reports, assessments, and engineering recommendations to communicate system status.
• Drive NPI and sustaining work, including diagnostic improvements and software feature requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams during design reviews to improve the serviceability of new designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Optics, or Mechanical field with 5+ years of experience (or Master's with 3 years, or PhD).
• Hands-on experience building and solving problems for EBEAM systems.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, motion control, and vibration isolation.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10-20%.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
