What you will do

• Develop systems engineering knowledge of wafer inspection systems, covering image processing servers, motion control, and opto-mechanical systems.
• Support internal and external customers with the installation, upgrade, diagnosis, and repair of systems.
• Provide high-level technical assistance and written action plans for complex issues where first-line support has failed.
• Author technical reports to communicate analysis, system status, and engineering recommendations.
• Manage NPI and sustaining work tasks, including diagnostic improvements and software feature requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams during design reviews to enhance the serviceability of new products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, IT, Electronics, or a related field with 2 years of experience, or a Master's degree.
• Hands-on experience with Linux-based troubleshooting and image computing.
• Knowledge of servers, electrical/mechanical systems, and/or motion control.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10-20%.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
