What you will do
- Provide Level 2 in-person and remote support for office technologies, with a primary focus on the SVP and CEO.
- Analyze software and hardware performance issues and resolve them to meet or exceed SLAs.
- Lead building-level administrative tasks, including project rollouts and inventory management.
- Partner with internal technology groups to resolve multi-layer technical problems.
- Manage on-call support rotations, including after-hours and weekends.
- Conduct trend analysis on recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of related experience in technology support.
- Bachelor’s degree in CIS, MIS, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency with Windows 11, macOS 15+, and Office 365.
- Experience with mobile platforms (iOS, Android), VMware View, ZScaler, and ServiceNow.
- Must be authorized for employment in the United States.
