Principal Analyst, CGT Process Automation & AI (Biotech)

Principal Analyst, CGT Process Automation & AI (Biotech): Leading the documentation, assessment, and implementation of business automations and AI solutions within the Commercial CGT DTE organization with an accent on agentic AI and process standardization. Focus on translating complex workflows into scalable documentation and delivering hands-on agentic solutions to improve operational effectiveness.

Location: Boston, MA. Hybrid-eligible (up to 2 days remote) or On-site.

What you will do

• Lead process improvement and AI implementation projects, including User Onboarding, Change Management, ITSM, and SDLC.
• Design and deliver hands-on agentic AI solutions.
• Analyze and document organizational ways of working through process maps, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify process gaps and define future-state operational improvements.
• Establish and promote standards for process documentation, version control, and ongoing governance.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change management to support the adoption of updated processes and tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (E-Verify Employer).
• 5+ years of experience in process documentation, business analysis, project management, or digital transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Computer Science.
• Proven ability to document complex business processes and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep understanding of workflow analysis and business process management (BPM).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce.
• Familiarity with commercial operations and cell and gene therapy (CGT) business processes.
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI.
