What you will do

• Lead program initiation, planning, governance, and execution for high-value strategic CMC programs.
• Oversee scope, timelines, budget, risks, and resource alignment across the full project lifecycle.
• Manage interdependencies between multiple projects and resolve escalated issues across organizational boundaries.
• Develop detailed project plans, financial forecasting models, and statements of work.
• Influence cross-functional collaboration and guide teams on drug development and commercialization processes.
• Train and coach project teams in execution methodologies and promote best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in program or project management.
• Strong command of CMC programs and phase-appropriate, risk-based technical approaches.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, medium- to large-scale programs.
• Deep understanding of financial processes, NPV, ROI, and CDMO management principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data for leadership.
