What you will do

• Execute and settle blockchain and fiat transactions end-to-end.
• Monitor transactional activity and perform wallet management verifications.
• Own daily and monthly reconciliations across on-chain activity, banking records, and internal databases.
• Maintain operational trackers, checklists, and procedural documentation for key workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements through data analysis.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and external partners.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, operations, fintech, banking, or treasury.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Jersey City, US.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex operational workflows.
• Clear, professional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to crypto, fintech, payments, or treasury operations.
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts, wallets, stablecoins, and DeFi.
• Direct experience with reconciliation workflows or strict financial controls.
• Experience using SQL, Python, or Google Apps Script for data analysis.
