What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of 3–5 large enterprise customers across all phases of the customer lifecycle using AI tools.
  • Guide senior leaders on the business case for AI-enabled behavior change and ensure successful solution adoption.
  • Partner with the sales team to drive expansions and renewals using AI-generated ROI narratives and usage data.
  • Analyze customer data to conduct high-impact executive business reviews.
  • Scale external touchpoints by using AI to convert internal research and product updates into client-ready narratives.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to influence CS strategy and product roadmaps based on AI-informed customer insights.

Requirements

  • Experience deploying complex, company-wide client engagements across multiple countries.
  • Proven ability to conduct strategic conversations with C-level executives, including CEOs and VPs.
  • Experience managing deal sizes ranging from $500K to $5M.
  • Track record of maintaining high NPS and low churn rates.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with a focus on AI productivity tools.
  • Must be based in the United States.
