What you will do

• Manage the entire production lifecycle, from long-lead planning and rundown creation to recording and final delivery.
• Edit episode video and mix audio to ensure high-quality, consistent content across all distribution platforms.
• Collaborate with hosts to develop creative segments, series, and formats that drive listener engagement.
• Identify and edit social-first clips for YouTube and other social channels to amplify reach.
• Conduct research to identify compelling topics, trends, and key stats for on-air talent.
• Manage community engagement and growth across Discord, YouTube, and other social platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience producing podcasts or shows.
• 5+ years of experience in video editing with proficiency in professional software like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Audition.
• Strong research skills and ability to develop creative content segments.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with YouTube platform dynamics and social media best practices.
• Must be based in the United States.
