What you will do

• Produce and edit two or more vertical videos daily for TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Transform broadcast segments into viral social video content in collaboration with show teams.
• Work with anchors, contributors, and reporters to create original video stories.
• React rapidly to breaking news to lead the news cycle and outperform competitors.
• Generate daily and long-term original video pitches responsive to the political cycle.
• Develop new social franchises and produce YouTube livestreams from start to finish.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media editing, producing, and writing.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere for high-speed shooting and editing.
• Deep expertise in U.S. politics and strong editorial judgment.
• Strong scriptwriting skills specifically for digital video audiences.
• Must be based in New York, NY and work in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
• Unrestricted US work authorization required.
