What you will do

• Perform end-to-end post-production for in-studio/off-site interviews, performances, and narrative sizzles.
• Execute Social Media Optimization and versioning for organic and paid content.
• Manage media ingestion, organization, metadata tagging, and footage database maintenance.
• Define and improve standardized post-production workflows, templates, and QC checklists.
• Lead multi-editor projects, coordinate assignments, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Mentor and coach junior editors through structured feedback and edit reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with a bachelor's degree (or 4 years with a master's).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Experience with project management tools like Monday.com and Airtable.
• Strong knowledge of video production workflows and social platform optimization.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
