Location: Hybrid (Office-First). Hubs in Vancouver, Toronto, and London. Attendance required on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Compensation: CA$57K – CA$79K + Equity

What you will do

• Execute weekly social content calendars for LinkedIn and YouTube, producing short-form videos and creative posts.
• Film and edit professional and lo-fi video content independently using studio setups and mobile formats.
• Lead major creative projects, such as docuseries and ad campaigns, from concept through publication.
• Manage the full production pipeline, including scripting, b-roll capture, and shoot logistics.
• Coordinate with external editors and animators to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
• Analyze channel performance to provide data-backed recommendations for content optimization.

Requirements

• Practical experience in professional-grade video shooting and editing, including story structure and pacing.
• Social-native instincts and a proven understanding of what performs on LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Production pipeline discipline to manage calendars and coordinate contractors independently.
• Ability to transform briefs into concrete creative pitches and original series concepts.
• Strong visual eye for framing, quality, and brand consistency across different formats.

Nice to have

• Experience with paid social creative ad versioning.
• Familiarity with B2B, product marketing, or competitive intelligence content.
• Skills in motion graphics or animation, or experience directing animators.
• An existing network of trusted freelance editors or creators.
