Assistant Producer (Video Production)

TL;DR

Location: Base is Kew, London. Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day working from home

What you will do

• Develop and produce creative content for YouTube, digital, social, and broadcast platforms.
• Research stories, write briefs, and shape original content ideas and recurring formats.
• Produce promos, features, interviews, and reactive event coverage.
• Plan and execute shoots, including multi-camera setups and location filming.
• Drive the narrative, tone, and pacing during the post-production process in collaboration with editors.
• Partner with graphic designers to bring creative visual ideas to life.

Requirements

• Experience producing engaging content for sports, entertainment, or digital platforms.
• Strong editorial judgment and storytelling ability.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for self-editing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-moving production environments.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Kew, London.
• Willingness to work some weekends and travel internationally.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience working across Outside Broadcasts (OB) at live sports events.
• Fluency in French and/or Spanish.
