What you will do

• Produce and edit long-form video podcast episodes and repurpose them into short-form social media clips.
• Lead the full production process from initial planning and ideation to final post-production and publishing.
• Create and optimize social-first content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid social campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure visual content aligns with brand standards.
• Monitor platform trends and algorithm changes to keep content strategies fresh and effective.
• Establish video best practices and editing styles that maximize audience retention and engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in video production within fast-paced marketing or media environments.
• Proven expertise in editing long-form podcast content and creating short-form social media assets.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• English proficiency: B2 level or higher (written and spoken).
• Strong storytelling instincts with a focus on pacing, emotional impact, and audience retention.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
