AI Product Manager - Agency Exp Required (NYC-based)

What you will do

• Own client engagements end-to-end, from discovery and scoping through delivery.
• Scope and run zero-to-one greenfield product builds using AI-native approaches.
• Lead legacy platform rebuild and modernization engagements while balancing technical debt and delivery speed.
• Help client product and engineering teams develop internal capabilities for agentic development.
• Translate ambiguous client requests into PRDs, success criteria, sequenced delivery plans, and clear engineering work.
• Partner with agentic engineers, define AI-agent guardrails and evaluation criteria, manage concurrent engagements, and report on outcomes and ROI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of scope, roadmaps, and delivery outcomes.
• Agency or consulting experience across multiple clients or accounts.
• Experience with at least two of the following: zero-to-one product builds, legacy platform rebuilds or migrations, and client enablement or training engagements.
• Hands-on experience scoping, building, or shipping AI agents or agentic workflows.
• Ability to discuss architecture, evaluations, and guardrails with technical teams and explain agentic concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be NYC-based while working remotely.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks or agent observability tooling.
• Previous engineering, data, or QA experience.
• Experience with regulated industries such as finance or healthcare.
• Experience delivering technical training, workshops, or enablement programs.
• Public writing or speaking experience on product or AI topics.
