What you will do

• Scale the high-end player base by driving onboarding, acquisition, and activation strategies.
• Lead a team of New Business Executives to convert prospects into loyal, high-value customers.
• Design and execute regional player acquisition events to drive awareness and conversion.
• Lead go-to-market strategies in newly launched gaming states within the assigned territory.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment with compliance, responsible gaming, and brand guidelines.
• Prospect and acquire new VIP players through targeted outreach and relationship-building.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in Casino Marketing or a high-touch customer-facing role within the gaming industry.
• Demonstrated success working with VIP or high-net-worth clientele.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work evenings and weekends to support player needs.
• Deep understanding of responsible gaming policies and regulatory compliance.
