is expanding into iGaming and building a best-in-class VIP program from the ground up.
What you will do
- Source and acquire new high-value players through outreach, referrals, partnerships, and events.
- Manage a pipeline of VIP prospects across key markets and develop tailored acquisition strategies.
- Own and grow a portfolio of high-value players, driving retention, engagement, and net gaming revenue.
- Deliver personalized, high-touch experiences, from tailored incentives to real-world hospitality.
- Partner with marketing and product to design VIP campaigns, loyalty programs, and exclusive experiences.
- Execute and host VIP events, tournaments, and experiences (digital and in-person).
Requirements
- 3+ years in VIP management, player development, or business development within iGaming / sportsbook / casino.
- Proven ability to acquire and grow high-value players.
- Strong network or experience sourcing VIP players via outbound, affiliates, or events.
- Deep understanding of VIP player psychology, incentives, and lifecycle management.
- Commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue (NGR / LTV).
- Strong relationship-building skills with high-value, demanding clients.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership.
