What you will do

• Source and acquire new high-value players through outreach, referrals, partnerships, and events.
• Manage a pipeline of VIP prospects across key markets and develop tailored acquisition strategies.
• Own and grow a portfolio of high-value players, driving retention, engagement, and net gaming revenue.
• Deliver personalized, high-touch experiences, from tailored incentives to real-world hospitality.
• Partner with marketing and product to design VIP campaigns, loyalty programs, and exclusive experiences.
• Execute and host VIP events, tournaments, and experiences (digital and in-person).

Requirements

• 3+ years in VIP management, player development, or business development within iGaming / sportsbook / casino.
• Proven ability to acquire and grow high-value players.
• Strong network or experience sourcing VIP players via outbound, affiliates, or events.
• Deep understanding of VIP player psychology, incentives, and lifecycle management.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue (NGR / LTV).
• Strong relationship-building skills with high-value, demanding clients.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership.
