What you will do

• Manage a high-net-worth customer portfolio for online casino, sportsbook, and DFS.
• Build strong relationships to increase customer loyalty through tailored rewards and proactive service.
• Ensure strict adherence to Compliance and Responsible Gaming protocols.
• Collect customer profiles and provide detailed reports on satisfaction and product feedback.
• Coordinate and host VIPs at hospitality events.
• Mentor and develop VIP Hosts within the team.

Requirements

• Must be located in Illinois, USA
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-end customer service.
• Essential knowledge of the online gaming industry.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional business hours.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
