What you will do

• Conduct high-quality humanitarian needs assessments and provide prioritized recommendations for interventions.
• Design program responses and strategies in coordination with internal and external actors.
• Draft technical proposals and budgets for international donors in collaboration with grants and finance staff.
• Lead environmental health program implementation, including recruitment, training, and budget management.
• Implement monitoring systems to ensure consistent reporting and analysis of results.
• Represent the organization and coordinate with local governments, donors, and partners to ensure best-practice assistance.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, hydrology, environmental health, or equivalent (Master's level strongly preferred).
• Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience in WASH/Environmental Health projects at the coordinator level or above.
• Ability to deploy to the site of an emergency within 72 hours of notification.
• Fluency in English.
• Proven track record of leading in emergency or start-up environments as part of a multinational team.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email applications.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of French.
• Experience with MS Access, MS Project, and GIS.
