What you will do

• Provide structural assessments of buildings and propose technical solutions for repair and reconstruction.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, including BoQs, cost estimates, and CAD drawings.
• Supervise construction works to ensure quality of materials and workmanship meet technical specifications.
• Coordinate with local authorities and municipalities on project design and engineering.
• Monitor project implementation to ensure compliance with NRC standards and Ukrainian construction codes.
• Track data for interventions and prepare periodic progress reports.

Requirements

• University degree in architecture or engineering (civil, structural, electro-mechanical, etc.).
• 3 years of experience as a civil engineer, specifically with BoQs and construction norms.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel.
• Fluency in Ukrainian.
• Pre-intermediate or intermediate English proficiency.
• Ability to work in stressful, volatile environments with frequent travel.
