What you will do

• Design and build production-grade backend services using async-first Python development.
• Develop end-to-end features from service architecture and API design to deployment and monitoring.
• Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) and apply agentic AI frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain.
• Implement and maintain cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
• Ensure service security through dependency health, CVE triage, and OWASP-aligned practices.
• Collaborate with platform, ML, data, and product engineers to build scalable healthcare intelligence solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience building backend services or platform infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including async programming and modern tooling (uv, ruff, ty).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, AKS).
• Practical exposure to LLM integration and AI orchestration patterns for tool orchestration.
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
